If you are thinking of buying your first home or this is your next step on the property ladder or an investment for the future then please register and email your details opposite or give us a call.

We will then register your details on our mailing list and keep you informed of any new property instructions that come on to the market with us or update you on any price reductions.

We are happy to email you our full property details or if you prefer we can post you a full colour brochure of the house particulars.

When you see one of our homes that you would like to view please contact us, so we may arrange a viewing appointment on your behalf.

Once you have seen a property and you would like to make an offer, we can then negotiate a price with the vendor on your behalf.

When the sale has been agreed we can help you by recommending a solicitor/conveyancer who will guide you through the purchase of your home.

We can also recommend mortgage/financial consultants who will arrange the finance on your purchase.

The survey can be carried out and you will then receive your mortgage offer. Once the solicitor/conveyancer has completed the searches etc, they can exchange contracts with the owner and then complete on your purchase on an agreed date with all parties.

Next is great news and the bit you have been waiting for... You can collect the keys to you new home and move in!
